In the Custom Track process we treat the building lot and customer as unique. Each home is specifically designed for the unique elements of the building lot. The customer is provided with custom options and opportunities for upgrades at each stage in the building process. The sales experience is designed to optimize customer input according to schedules of work. Our sales staff work with the customer throughout the process, culminating in a home transfer 'walk through' to ensure everything is what the customer chose.
