At RAB we believe that each customer’s home must match the quality displayed in our display centres. Our Custom Track system, which includes our customers in the construction process, is an integral part of the purchase of a new home. In the Custom Track system we treat the building lot and customer as unique. Each home is specifically designed for the unique elements of the building lot. In this sense, RAB will build it right for you the first time. The customer is provided with custom options and opportunities for upgrades at two specific stages in the building process. When an RAB customer takes possession of their new home they are assured of the home they were promised. The sales experience is designed to optimize customer input according to schedules of work. Our sales staff works with the customer throughout the process, culminating in a home transfer 'walk through' to ensure everything is what the customer chose.
