Lead Edge Design:
Inspirational architecture begins with design. At RAB we study designs worldwide and work closely with architects and interior designers to offer beautiful homes in some of the most sought-after communities in the Lower Mainland. Each community features home designs specifically tailored to the natural elements and customer patterns for that area. The customer can be sure that their home plan will not be found in any other community. The result is a wide and varied palette of unique, exciting homes ranging from entry level town homes to luxury houses with many exceptional features—including dramatic entrances, larger windows, geothermal heating & cooling systems, luxurious master bathrooms, elaborate gourmet kitchens, and much more.

Custom Options and Upgrade Choices:
To make a house your home there are many options and upgrades you may wish to consider before framing takes place. The RAB Custom Track process includes the customer in the construction process. A team of experienced sales staff guide the customer throughout the construction process and beyond.
Quality Control:
RAB insures that we employ the best practices in the industry. Our sub-trades adhere to strict quality controls above and beyond the basic building code. Attention to detail is critical regardless of the home's price point. The last step, prior to possession, is the most critical of all. RAB won't let a customer move in until we've gone over it thoroughly to make absolutely sure that it matches the specifications exactly. Our inspection is exhaustive. We check hundreds of individual items from the exterior through the interior right down to the kitchen sink. Once we have completed our inspection we invite the customer to inspect the home before possession. Any deficiencies are fixed immediately. Even the little details are important to us. After possession our Service Technician is just a phone call or a click away.
Customer Service:
Courteous and expert service to the customer before, during and after the sale is a mainstay of RAB and its carefully selected real estate agents. Customer satisfaction is paramount to RAB.
Warranty:
RAB is proud to provide a comprehensive 2-5-10 Warranty; 2-Year warranty on materials and labour, 5-Year warranty on the building's envelope (water penetration) and a 10-Year warranty on all structural components of the home.
