Warranty/Service Claims
Please ensure that you review all of your warranty documentation closely so that you are aware of all deadlines and complaint procedures. Please note: modifications by the homeowner to any component of the home may void the warranty in whole or in part.
If you feel that a defect exists which is covered under the warranty, please click here to fill out a service request or email service@rab.ca.
Upon receipt of your notice, a representative of RAB will contact you to set up an appropriate time to review your concerns so that they may be dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner.
Please contact RAB for your warranty claims before contacting Travelers Guarantee.
